Cwmbran Big Event goes digital for 2020

Cwmbran Big Event is usually held at Cwmbran Boating Lake, however, this year due to the Coronavirus pandemic the event will be held online.
On Saturday 13th June, organisers Cwmbran Community Council will celebrate the event in ways different to usual as they look back on the success of previous years.
Cwmbran Community Council took over the event as organisers in 2019 after Torfaen Council withdrew their funding. The event last year was a huge success attended by many local residents.
Last years event featured a raft race on the lake, entertainment on the main stage, a sports zone, a dog show, as well as a range of art and craft and food stalls.
