Vitalize Radio launches mental health support campaign

Vitalize Radio has launched a campaign to actively promote mental health services.
Vitalize Radio is the Community Radio Station for Torfaen. We have launched a campaign with the aim to actively promote services that provide support for mental health.
We know that the Coronavirus pandemic is having a huge impact on people’s mental health. Our goal is to make everyone aware that they don’t have to suffer in silence.
The Get Torfaen Talking campaign will link up with local services and organisations to share tips on how to manage mental health.
Get Torfaen Talking will also share stories from local people on how they handle their mental health, and how speaking to someone made a difference.
