Additional temporary COVID-19 test centres for Torfaen revealed

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board has revealed the extended opening of mobile COVID-19 testing units in Torfaen.
This will be a walk-up only service for Torfaen.
The testing units will be open in the following locations from 2nd January 2021 until at least 8th January 2021:
- Greenmeadow Community Farm, NP44 5AJ
- Old Mill Carpark, Pontypool, NP4 8AT
If you have symptoms of Coronavirus (Covid-19) – a new continuous cough, high temperature or loss of taste and/ or smell, please call 119 or visit https://www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test to book a test.
Remember, these symptoms can be very mild.
You can also book a test at the Drive Through Testing Centre at Rodney Parade, Newport.
Please note: This is a Drive Through facility only- you must arrive by car and remain inside your vehicle at all times.

Important Information
- You must arrive by car or small van
- The swab test is done in 5 minutes
- Please wear a face covering on the way to and from your test
- Please do not use public transport
- Please remember, if you have symptoms of Coronavirus, you and your whole household must self-isolate at home until you receive your test results.
