Sex Education to resume filming on season 3

Netflix comedy drama Sex Education is set to resume filming for the third series very soon.
The third series was confirmed around six months ago but was put on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.
According to a report in Deadline, preparations for filming are going “good” with production expected to begin next month.
it is believed that plans are currently being drawn up as well as new safety protocols for filming in light of social-distancing guidelines.
Shooting for series three was scheduled to kick off in May, but was halted when Wales went into lockdown. In a bid to maintain its heady, summer-time atmosphere, Sex Education will instead resume filming in August.
Series one and two of Sex Education are streaming now on Netflix and feature footage shot in the former University of South Wales campus in Caerleon, Newport.
The series premiered on 11 January 2019 on Netflix starring Asa Butterfield as an insecure teenager and Gillian Anderson as his mother alongside co-stars Ncuti Gatwa, Emma Mackey, Connor Swindells, Aimee Lou Wood and Kedar Williams-Stirling.
