Fleur East released her new single on Thursday (9th April) in aid of The Covid-19 Appeal.
The track was initially written by Fleur as a rap for an exclusive performance on BBC ONE’s ‘The One Show’ encouraging viewers to stay at home amidst the Corona crisis.
Not Alone’ gained huge traction online post the show so Fleur has decided to write an additional verse and chorus, record the song and release it to raise funds for The Covid-19 Appeal, which helps to aid NHS workers and staff impacted by the virus.
The song was written by Fleur and produced by Edward Sokolowski, Lloyd Hinshelwood and Ryan Griffiths.

NHS charities are working with member charities and national fundraising platforms to host an appeal that aims to help take care of the well-being of our NHS people while they are working tirelessly to care for COVID-19 patients. Donations can go towards funding well-being packs and gifts for NHS staff and volunteers, support isolated patients through providing devices to communicate with friends and family whilst in hospital or isolating; provide longer term mental health support for NHS staff, volunteers, patients and their families and help patients leave hospital quickly and safely and remain or stay out of hospital.
