Team Vitalize Get Into The Spring Spirit!

Presenters from Torfaen’s Local Station, Vitalize Radio were out in the community on Saturday 17th May for their first event of the 2025 season, the annual Spring Fayre at St Hilda’s Church Hall in Griffithstown.
Presenters of the station spoke to the members of the community about what Vitalize do and how the station strives to provide quality local content to the people of Torfaen.
The fayre saw a variety of activities being hosted in St Hilda’s Main Hall with a table top sale, raffle and a selection of songs played by the talented members of Blaenavon Town Training Band.
Ken, presenter of the Baroque ‘n’ Roll Show said “It was lovely to meet current and future listeners, old and new. We can’t wait to meet more of the community at our next event”.
Not only is St Hilda’s Church Hall home to the Vitalize Studio, it also hosts a range of different event rooms such as the Gun Room (often used for local dance classes), the Main Hall which is perfect for large events and holds 250 guests seated in a ‘concert-style’ as well as a Conference Room which can comfortably hold 25 people. It has recently been announced that Vitalize Radio are to host the community stage at Torfaen Pride on the Saturday 7th June 2025. The event will be attended by members of the team who will be there to chat to you, the people of Torfaen, all about . There will be local acts, and even a game or two of Bingo.
