The bike repair stations, which include pumps and spanners, are located at:

  • Blaenavon World Heritage Centre, Church Road, Blaenavon [NP4 9AE]
  • Cwmbran Stadium, Henllys Way [NP44 3YS]
  • Cwmbran Boating Lake [NP44 8HT] (station is located opposite the Boat House Café)
  • One Stop shop, Station Road, Griffithstown [NP4 5JH]
  • Pontypool Park [NP4 8AT] (station is located outside the Active Living Centre)

There are a number of ‘National Cycle Network’ routes in and around Torfaen, a number of which boast a variety of gorgeous views and pass through fantastic local attractions. Cycle routes in the area include:

  • Cwmbran to Blaenavon (NCN 492)
  • Newport to Mamhilad (NCN 49)
  • Pontypool to Crumlin (NCN 466)

Our favourite has to be the Cwmbran to Blaenavon route which leads up to the Blaenavon World Heritage Site. If you’re looking for something to do this Summer, it’s a fantastic area to explore!
