Simply Gym Cwmbran have confirmed the times that they will open and close throughout the Christmas period.
First Minister Mark Drakeford announced that swimming pools, indoor fitness studios, gyms and leisure centres will be able to re-open from Monday (10th August).
Temporary classes will commence on Monday 20th July at Cwmbran Stadium.
CEO of Torfaen Leisure Trust Angharad Collins has released a message for members.
