Job: I’m excited because I’ve just been appointed Events Manager and Content ​​​​​Creator for my daughter’s company OneWayJourney.com. I’m also co-organiser ​​​​of TEDxCasnewydd. Music Genre: This is a hard one but mostly I love old soul music and new country. Oh and 90s ​​​​pop.
Favourite food: Italian and seafood. Actually, I just like food, especially my own cooking! I can’t ​​​​stand olives, okra and artichokes though.
Favourite Film: Can I have two? The Commitments and Pride

Why did you join Vitalize?

I love radio and music. It’s kind of like having all these special friends that you ​​​​​never meet. I love it when listeners request songs and shout-outs. I love being a ​​​​radio listener as well as presenting.

The people of course. They are the best!

What is your most embarrassing moment?

Too many to choose from! One that springs to mind is splitting by skin tight satin ​trousers on stage. I was giving a great performance of David Bowie’s Jean Genie ​​​when I fell off my platform shoes. My black satin pants came unstitched from knee ​​​to knee. Cringe!

What is your favourite show on Vitalize?

I can’t choose. They are all so different. Some have the best music and some have ​​​the craziest presenters!

Brilliant quiz nights and variety of music genres.

If you had to partner with another presenter, who would it be and why?

Can I have Sarah Cox from Radio 2? I feel like we understand each other and we ​​​​could bring all our dogs to the show and get a whole new canine audience.
