Why did you join Vitalize Radio?
Dan needed a responsible adult for the funding paperwork! Seriously though, the first post Dan advertised for volunteers when the station was a fledgling called Torfonix, I responded, wanting to showcase the heavy talent South Wales has!
What’s the best thing about being part of Vitalize?
The team for bringing their individual personalities to their show they’re also amazing for putting up with Carty’s bad jokes! I’m naturally inclined to the darker things so CL Raven’s Graveyard Shift is well worth a listen for all things beyond the afterlife!
What’s your most embarrassing moment?
Radio wise? Definitely the time I’d asked Benji from Skindred to cut a jingle for me, only to interrupt him before he’d finished adding his little individual twist!
What makes Vitalize Radio different from any other?
The lack of egos as we’re all working for the best version of our show. We’re all taking on board constructive feedback and hints cos we all want each other to be successful

Id love to partner with Gav, see if he can get me in touch with my romantic loving side!
